Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth is holding its bi-monthly Diabetes Support Group on December 3, 2012 from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
The topic for conversation this month will be staying on track with healthy eating goals during a season that is loaded with food temptations. The conversation will include tips and strategies that will help diabetics manage big holiday meals and holiday parties, some diabetes-friendly recipes, and a healthy eating contract.
The Diabetes Support Group meets throughout the year in on the second Monday of every other month at the Plymouth campus. Meetings are held at the hospital, free of charge, and those wishing to attend are asked to come to the Education Center in the Medical Office Building #4 on the second floor.
