Elm Road Campus Patients: Capital Avenue Detour 04/21/2011 We are reminding patients of any of our services offered at our Elm Road Medical Campus in Mishawaka that beginning Monday, April 25, the railroad crossing just south of Lincolnway at Capital will be under repair.
Capital Avenue is estimated to be closed for one week and reopen on Saturday, April 30. You may want to allow an extra 10 minutes travel time. Please watch for the signs redirecting you if you normally take this route.

•Sleep Disorders Center
•Saint Joseph Rehabilitation Institute
South Bend Orthopaedics and the South Bend Medical Foundation also have offices at this location.
