Make a Donation
Donated funds support our many outreach programs, various hospital departments, nursing education and more. You can choose which area of need your gift is given towards. Click here to make an online donation to The Foundation safely and securely.
To make a donation with a credit card over the phone, call The Foundation at 574.472.6354. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We will need:

You can also make a donation by mail. Please make your check payable to The Foundation of SJRMC. If you do not use the provided donation form, be sure to include your gift intent. Mail to the following address:
