 Saint Joseph VNA Home Care is a Ministry Organization within Trinity Health that has provided quality home care services to the Michiana region since 1902.
SJVNA offers the most advanced home care technology and compassionate care for individuals who are aging, recovering from surgery or have a chronic illness or disability.
Licensed, certified and accredited, SJVNA provides specialized comprehensive home care services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including:

Specially trained home care nurses and therapists have strong relationships with local physicians, and often serve as their eyes and ears in the home setting.
