Trinity Home Health Services (THHS), formerly Saint Joseph VNA Home Care, is a Ministry Organization within Trinity Health that provides quality home care services to the Michiana community.
THHS offers the most advanced home care technology and compassionate care for individuals who are aging, recovering from surgery or have a chronic illness or disability.
Licensed, certified and accredited, THHS provides specialized comprehensive home care services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including:
- Nursing Care
- Physical, speech & occupational therapy
- Pharmacy & Infusion services
- Specialized Wound Care
- In-Home Monitoring Devices
Specially trained home care nurses and therapists have strong relationships with local physicians, and often serve as their eyes and ears in the home setting.
THHS uses the latest technology to stay more connected to patients and physicians, including in-home monitoring devices that enable patients to take their own vital signs.
