SJRMC's Family Medicine Residency Center Dr. Triezenberg Receives Provider of Excellence Award

Indianapolis-based MDwise Care Select, a not-for-profit managed care organization helping vulnerable populations needing health coverage throughout the state, has selected Dr. Daniel Triezenberg of Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center's Family Medicine Residency Center a Provider of Excellence.

The award recognizes healthcare providers for the quality of care and service provided to the Indiana Care Select population, including Hoosier Healthwise, Care Select, and Healthy Indiana Plan members.

"This recognition is really in honor of everyone here at the Family Medicine Residency Center and their care and dedication," said Dr. Triezenberg. "Everyone here does everything they can do to see that our patients receive the best healthcare."

Dr. Triezenberg is one of just 22 physicians from nearly 1,600 Indiana healthcare sites to receive the Mdwise Care Select Provider of Excellence Award.

The Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County and Clarian Health Partners founded MDwise in 1994 to help vulnerable populations needing health coverage in Indiana.
