House Raffle 2010

The Foundation of Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center and Women's Care Center are pleased to announce that their annual fundraiser, House Raffle 2010. Offers are $150 and can be purchased at the former Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, 215 W. 4th Street, in downtown Mishawaka. Credit cards are not accepted for House Raffle.

Only 3,950 offers will be sold - 42 prizes will be drawn - chances of winning are one in 94!

First Prize: A 2,514 sq. ft. home built by Place Builders, specifically for House Raffle, located at 18195 Baldwin Drive, in Bradford Shores at Knollwood. Bradford Shores is an Adams Road Development community. The house is valued at approximately $350,000 and features a 2-story great room with fireplace, specialty woodwork in the dining room, large kitchen with eat-in dinette area, 1st floor master suite with garden tub, 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 3-car garage, 2 ½ baths, 1st floor laundry, patio, ready-to-finish basement with egress window and a beautiful stone accented exterior. The alternative cash prize is $200,000.

Second Prize: Choice of either a 2010 Ford Ranger, valued at $21,000, or a 2010 Subaru Impreza, valued at $20,000. Vehicles provided by Gurley-Leep Automotive Group. The alternative cash prize is $15,000.

Forty (40) cash prizes ranging from $5,000 to $175 will also be awarded.

There will be an Open House on Saturday, March 6, and Sunday, March 7, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at 18195 Baldwin Drive in Bradford Shores at Knollwood, which is located southwest of the Adams and Ironwood roads intersection. If still available, offers will be sold at the Open House.

The Early Bird Winner of $2,010 is Bernard A. & Judith Horvath of Jeffersonville, Indiana.

The House Raffle 2010 Drawing will take place on Friday, May 7, 5:00 p.m. at Healthy Family Center, 420 W. 4th Street, Mishawaka, Indiana. You need not be present to win. All winners are called immediately after the drawing.

This year, House Raffle celebrates "19 Years of Caring." House Raffle proceeds benefit SJRMC's Healthy Family Center and the Women's Care Center. Healthy Family Center provides primary healthcare to the medically underserved and Women's Care Center serves young women during and after their pregnancy. This event has made it possible for these organizations to return over $3.5 million in healthcare services back to the community!
