We're here for you every step of the way. At Midwest Cardiology, you don't have to worry about confusing medical forms or technical billing jargon that's impossible to understand.
Our friendly, experienced staff will help answer all of your billing and insurance questions and assist you with complicated insurance forms so that you can focus on what's important - your health.
To serve you better, Midwest Cardiology accepts most health plans and is recognized as a preferred provider by most major insurance companies. However, even if we don't work directly with your provider, you still may be covered. Our Insurance Counselors will help you determine your coverage options, such as reimbursement eligibilities and supplemental assistance programs.
We encourage you to call your insurance provider in advance and ask them to explain your current healthcare plan including what percentage of your medical cost they will cover. Understanding the particulars of your healthcare coverage will make it easier for you to get the medical care you deserve without unnecessary billing complications. To expedite the insurance process, be sure to bring all appropriate documentation to each office visit, including insurance cards and identification. Please understand that your co-pay or deductible will be applied to each office visit.
We understand the financial burden of medical expenses. You can rest assured that inadequate healthcare coverage or financial difficulties will never prevent you from getting the best heart care possible at Midwest Cardiology. Our team of Financial Counselors is always sympathetic to your concerns, and will work with you to help establish a payment plan that is right for you. Financial assistance might be available depending on your income. You can talk with one of our Financial Counselors about the application for assistance.
