Banking

Located on the third floor, Notre Dame Federal Credit Union operates a full-service banking office, which is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

There is also an ATM available 24 hours a day on the first floor in the lobby.

Flowers

The flower shop is located on the first floor and offers a wide arrangement of fresh and dried floral arrangements. The flowers can also be delivered to patient rooms. The flower shop is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sundays.

All flower and gift deliveries will be taken to your room.

Gift shop

The gift shop is located on the first floor and has a variety of items for patients and their families. It is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. You can also order gifts and flowers online by clicking here.

House Keeping Upon Request

House Keeping upon Request is available at South Bend, Plymouth and Mishawaka. We call it “Housekeeping with a more personal touch”.

Housekeeping Upon Request is a service that allows patients to schedule their room cleaning whenever it is most convenient for them. Environmental associates can also supply patients with things such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, pillows, tissue, newspapers, extra gowns and blankets at the patient’s request.

Patients can simply call extension 7159 and a housekeeper will then be notified to deliver the needed item.

Humor Rx

Volunteers distribute magazines, books, games and puzzles to patients on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Volunteers can be reached at (574) 237-7242 or (574) 237-7569.

Interpreters

The multicultural program has translators available from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. For more information about the services provided please call Adriana Ros at (574) 237-7729.

Newspapers

Newspapers can be delivered to patients rooms as part of house keeping on request. Dail extension 7159 for more information.

Notary public

Notary publics are available on the premise. Ask your nurse for details.

Pastoral care

The Center for Spiritual Care provides emotional and spiritual support for all SJRMC patients and their families, regardless of religious affiliation. Chaplains are available for those who wish to speak to someone about personal, ethical or religious matters or receive the Sacraments.

The chapel located on the first floor is open 24 hours a day for individual worship. Mass is said in the chapel Monday-Friday at 2 p.m, and Sunday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
