One of the largest primary care practices in Marshall County, Plymouth Family & Internal Medicine is staffed by an impressive team of four physicians plus a full complement of nursing and support staff. We offer two locations, one on the SJRMC-Plymouth Campus and a practice located in downtown Plymouth.
Plymouth Family & Internal Medicine has initiated a team care concept that is patient-centered and designed to deliver individualized, whole person care. The team is comprised of an assigned physician and nurse practitioner with specialized services provided as needed. When fully implemented, this new team care concept will provide each patient with greater access to needed services, greater convenience and the best possible healthcare experience.
