The Saint Joseph Health Center in downtown Plymouth provides primary medical services, while stressing patient education and preventive healthcare for you and your family.
Insurance & Payment
We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran's Benefits or patients with health insurance. Our focus is on the unemployed or working poor, providing services for those that fall below 150% of the federally designated poverty level. Our Family Nurse Practitioner, Volunteer Physician and staff provide primary medical services, while stressing patient education and preventive healthcare for you and your family.

Hours of Operation
The front doors are locked on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from Noon to 1:30 pm to allow staff to finish morning appointments, return patient phone messages and take lunch.
