Our multidisciplinary teams consist of professionals from the fields of physiatry, physical therapy, recreation therapy, occupational therapy, rehabilitation, nursing, speech-language pathology, neuropsychology, pastoral care, dietetics and social work.

What are the primary goals?

Our overall program is designed to help patients become self-sufficient in:

  • Mobility.
  • Dressing.
  • Bathing and grooming.
  • Feeding.
  • Swallowing.
  • Bowel and bladder management.

We also offer:

  • Cognitive reintegration programs to aid patients’ memory, reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Community reintegration programs to help them resume their normal activities at home.
  • Emotional adjustment programs to support their recovery efforts.
