Paqui and Brian Kelly Comprehensive Breast Center

Breast Center

Setting new standards for breast treatment and examination.

At the Paqui and Brian Kelly Comprehensive Breast Center (CBC), we provide a seamless, comprehensive breast care experience for every step of your journey. Our team is here for you and your family, focusing on total breast health — from screening mammograms and lifetime breast cancer risk analysis to the latest surgical procedures and treatments for breast cancer.

The Paqui and Brian Kelly CBC is the only center of its kind in Northern Indiana. It is the only local breast center accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers, which means we provide the highest quality of care for our patients. The Paqui and Brian Kelly CBC was also awarded a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence designation by the American College of Radiology. It was also designated as a Pink Ribbon Facility, which reinforces our commitment to excellence in breast health. Here, you’ll receive prompt, personal, specialized care for all aspects of breast health. It starts with breast cancer awareness and early detection, helping you understand the symptoms of breast cancer and what to look for so you can get screened. If you have signs of breast cancer, we’ll work with you to understand, confirm and create a treatment plan based on your individual situation.

At the Paqui and Brian Kelly CBC, we set the standard for breast health and breast cancer treatment with clinical practices that include:

  • MammoPlus® risk assessment — evaluation of developing breast cancer in the future
  • RiskPlus™ program — additional evaluation of risk for women noted at increased risk on the RiskPlusk assessment
  • NavigationPlus™ services — a navigator to guide you through your entire care journey
  • Magseed —  The Magseed® marker is a tiny seed designed to accurately mark the site of a cancer and help with its removal in surgery

The Paqui and Brian Kelly CBC also offers complimentary hydromassage to patients. This service has been temporarily suspended due to COVID-19.

We understand the sensitivities often associated with breast cancer treatment, so we put you and your health needs first. With our center in Mishawaka and additional services available in Plymouth, you have access to the care you need no matter where you are in our community.

The Paqui and Brian Kelly CBC was created to serve you. We invite you to take a tour of our facilities. Call 574.335.6216 to schedule a tour.

With the recent departure of Coach Kelly from Notre Dame, we are working through what connection will exist between Saint Joseph Health System and the Kelly Cares Foundation. Regardless of what connection exists moving forward, we will continue to provide the same exceptional care we have always provided at Saint Joseph Health System.
