Our Community’s Called to Care

Our entire community’s wellbeing is at stake. As a not-for-profit health care provider, we offer health and wellness programs at no or low cost as part of our mission.

Community Health and Wellbeing works to evaluate and respond to these critical needs in our community. These services include the operation of our community health centers, medical education, subsidized care, early detection and prevention programs, screenings, health fairs and more.
