Mishawaka, Indiana — September 8, 2025 — Saint Joseph Health System is proud to announce the opening of Saint Joseph Ear, Nose and Throat, a new specialty clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive care for conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat and related structures of the head and neck.
The clinic offers a full range of ENT services including diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose and throat disorders, cochlear implantation and hearing restoration, management of vertigo and balance disorders, head and neck surgery, and hearing loss evaluation and treatment. With a focus on patient-centered care, the team is committed to delivering personalized treatment plans using the latest medical technologies.
Located in Mishawaka, the clinic is now welcoming patients and introducing its team of expert providers:
Paul Judge, MD, a board-certified otolaryngologist with extensive experience in adult and pediatric ENT care
Heidi Schmeltzer, AuD, a licensed audiologist offering advanced hearing evaluations and hearing aid services
Shannon Jackson, PA-C, a certified physician assistant specializing in ENT diagnostics and treatment
