PLYMOUTH, Ind. — Saint Joseph Medical Group (SJMG) is excited to announce the opening of a new SJHS Immediate Care location which will start seeing patients on Monday, January 9, 2023. The practice is located at 1919 Lake Ave Suite 106, Plymouth, IN 46563. It will be open Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

“This new location will allow Saint Joseph Medical Group to expand the care offered in Marshall County,” said Dr. Leah Napolitano, Interim President of Saint Joseph Medical Group. “This office allows our physicians to treat immediate needs such as illness or injuries without needing an appointment. While providing care for these pressing needs, we are also eager to assist employers who need pre-employment screenings or physicals completed for their employees and provide assessments for work-related injuries.” 

SJHS - Immediate care will offer drug screening, pre-employment physicals, acute visits, TB tests, breath alcohol tests, DOT physicals and sports physicals, and more.
