Dr. Vanderzwaag is the first Dr. in several years that hs listened to me and is trying to help me with my problems. I really appreciate her help. If all Drs was as helpful and patient with me over the last 10 year, I wouldn't have all the problems I have today.

Maybe pay a little more attention to detail. Like making sure prescriptions are sent over. My child had to suffer all weekend because he couldn鈥檛 get an RX over the weekend.

All the office staff were great same for the nurse. But im not sure what the deal is. Examination should include steps if im correct. Actually checking the area or doing a swallow test or something. Im not a professional but i know there are options to looking for a solution.
