I greatly appreciated PA Perez-Solano’s personal follow up phone call to clarify a couple questions I had.

I first would like to recognize the young lady that was at the front desk who was so very professional and has a great sense of humor she was able to explain the process answering my basic questions prior to seeing the provider. PA Perez-Solano was very patient and tentative to my questions and concerns and was able to clearly answer everything. I didn't feel rushed through the process as if she was trying to get on to the next patient I felt like I was who was important at the moment, that's what good provider's do my wife recognized this as well I wasn't rushed and I appreciate it!
