I was told to keep this appointment but he can’t do anything for me until I have the breathing test that are scheduled for October 24. I felt very disappointed about not having my issue addressed. I didn’t feel it was his fault.
As I said previously, Dr. Westerhausen is very professional and compassionate provides patient care on today’s normal standards. He never made me feel like he was in a rush, he answered all of my questions he listened. He explained things in great detail for my current health challenges and future outlook and the need for follow up and images.
He was very thorough with explaining the symptoms and showing them to me on his monitor, the procedure to be performed and what to expect post procedure! That was very reassuring to myself and my wife.
Spent time explaining options, answering questions and developing plan to move forward.
Dr. Westerhausen is very easy to get along with and gave me more options for my treatment plan.
The nurse before seeing the Dr. was very friendly and helpful also. Very pleasant.
They are on time, pleasant and efficient

I have never been so upset with someone in my.life he acted like we were waisting his time and did not care at all he told us just go back to his primary doctor like he doesn't want to help him at all he never looked at his breathing test he had .treated us like we were stupid and basically in 10 minutes was pushing us out of the room he shouldn't be allowed to see people bedside sucks and thinks he is better than us I have never been treated so poorly

He seemed to be curt/contrite with me.Boldly saying that I didn't have COPD.Without giving any other possible reasons why i cough so much. And have shortness of breath.Making it seemed like my pcp shouldn't have even wasted his time on sending me to him!And just to have my pcp do a test every year!That I don't need a pulmonologist!He didn't offer a clue as to why/what is wrong with my lungs!!!!!!I wouldn't tell anyone that I know to see him!!!!
