I was very anxious about my appointment since I have a variety of medical situations going on and I have a hard time relaying the information about them. Kelly Crowley worked with me to understand my situation and was helpful in determining the next steps for my care. I felt that she heard me and I felt "seen" by her, and not overlooked or dismissed. My experience as a new patient with her has been very positive and encouraging. Her nurse was wonderful in her care and adaptability when she saw I was in a wheelchair.
She listens very carefully, then makes suggestions that are very helpful. She is very bright and confident in her ability to provide the best care to her patients.
I like that not only does she listen to me but if she doesn't know something she is more than willing to send me to someone that has the knowledge in that particular area. She never gave up on me. I appreciate her more than I can even explain. 10 out of 10.
