Dr. Ferrand has excellent bedside manners .while most medical providers tody are certainly lacking that which is foundational to building trust with patients .
Dr. Farrand was a great listener and collaborator on my health. He provided helpful information and took the time to hear out all of my concerns. Looking forward to continued collaboratin with him
Although I had not met Dr. Farrand, he immediately put me at ease. He made good eye contact and actively listened to my concerns. He gave thoughtful answers to my questions, even drawing diagrams to assist in his explanations.
