I left [other local practice] as their system is broken. Dr. Farand is respectful, caring, a great listener, knowledgeable and accessible. He never rushes me. He refers me to the best specialists. I am extremely pleased to be part of this practice. I have already referred 2 friends to this practice. One has already met with the doctor.
