I am very happy I switched from [other provider] to Dr Carter. I, along with someone else I recommended have left her care. Dr Carter is much more through and professional.
My mom used to be a patient of Dr. Carter so I had interactions with him when I would take mom to her doctors appointments and I was extremely impressed with how he treated Mom both as a patient and a person. So I am a patient of Dr. Carter and so is my son. I’ve honestly never had a complaint about Dr. Carter or any of his staff! Whatever SJRMC is doing, you are ALL knocking it out of the ballpark!! I think Dr. Carter is the best doctor. He can joke with me and treat me as a person, not just another patient. He remembers things about me, which I am sure come from my chart, but he never makes me feel like I am unimportant. I truly value him and the care that he gives me.
