Senior Fit

Out of an abundance of caution, and with the health and safety of our community in mind, Saint Joseph Health System has made the decision to limit the number of classes until further notice.

Senior Fit is a free physical fitness exercise program for those aged 55 and better. Classes are taught by fitness professionals and focus on upper and lower body strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and balance.
