It is so helpful if the office is running 30 minutes behind to inform us & for the doctor to acknowledge the wait. It goes a long way for respect for people’s time & patience. Especially when our appt was before 9:00 AM.

My child needed help and I was brushed off and told she's hormonal and growing-- NO SHE'S in a full blown auto immune attack-- thank the Lord i paid out of pocket- $400 to go to a real dr who wanted to find the actual problem-- head aches, stomach swollen hands and feet-- blue hands and feet- can't urinate, constipated or diarrhea- eye pain- hair falling out, swollen joints- rashes all over skin-ohhhh not to mention the heart palpations - He said get her a good lotion and use better shampoo- oh and feed her better-WHAT AN INSULT!!! -You lost our family!! I know my child!!! All you had to do was make a call and get my daughter into rheumatology ASAP- -- MD means nothing when you think within a small bubble- learn to think outside the box-- AND LISTEN TO A MOM!!!! NOT ONLY A MOM-- BUT A HIGHLY TRAINED NURSE!! I KNOW MY DAUGHTER AND I'm FURIOUS THAT THIS HAPPENED-- I've been trying to get her help for months!!!!!!! And I finally have -- NOT WITH YOU!!!!!!
Dr. Shah is knowledgeable-my son had been sick and we’d visited other hospitals without improvement. My son has thrived under Dr. Shah’s care
Dr. Shah is wonderful. He is kind, thorough, and is very good with both of my children. I never feel like he's in a rush and he always answers questions in a respectful and relaxed manor.
