Katherine Clark

Preceptor, Ambulatory Care Pharmacist

Dr. Clark is originally from Syracuse, IN. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Purdue University in 2017. She then went to Wilmington, NC to complete a PGY-1 Community-Based Residency Program at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. This program focused on chronic disease state management, medication therapy management, transitions of care, and operations of a 340b outpatient pharmacy. During her residency she continued to develop her passion for teaching patients about their chronic disease states. At SJHS, she works as an ambulatory care pharmacist in two clinics: a family practice and a multidisciplinary heart failure clinic.
