Carol Tincher

Preceptor, Director of Pharmacy 

Dr. Tincher is originally from Yorktown, Indiana and graduated from Purdue University in 1994.  After college, she and her husband Joe relocated to the Michiana area where she started her career as a research scientist with Bayer Pharmaceutical.  She subsequently held various research and leadership positions within the organization. Following the relocation of the Bayer operations to Germany, she completed her Pharm D and worked as a staff pharmacist and then Director of Pharmacy for Pharmacy Systems, Incorporated.  In that role she held the Director of Pharmacy role at Madison Center Behavioral Health and subsequently transitioned to a pharmacy management role with responsibilities at Memorial Hospital of South Bend.  Over the next few years, she managed inpatient and home care pharmacies as well as home medical equipment operations and occupational medicine clinics.  She currently serves as the Director of Pharmacy for Saint Joseph Health System.
