Chelsea Wolfred

Preceptor, Ambulatory Care Pharmacist

Dr. Wolfred graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Butler University in 2011.  After graduation, she worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at Louisiana Heart Hospital and Medical Center, where she helped develop a stroke protocol.  Upon relocation back to Indianapolis in 2013, she joined the team at Innovative Pharmacy Solutions, where she managed the IV department as well as oversaw IV therapy dosing and monitoring for nursing home residents.  Most recently, she worked for a population health company, Evolent Health, specializing in Medication Therapy Management for Medicare patients and initiatives around SNP (special needs plans) and Gaps in Therapy, and served on the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.  Chelsea joined SJHS in the spring of 2019 and has a passion for serving the needs of underserved patients at Sr. Maura Brannick, CSC, Health Center.
